During the application process we collect the following information from you:

  • Company information (only when you apply for a company membership, company name, revenue, address, and contact information)

On the website we only collect:

  • Your email address when you sign up for our newsletter
  • Your name & email address when you fill out the contact form, so we may contact you about your request
  • Your name, email, company information, phone number, and company information when you sign up for one of our events

You directly provide the Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance (SDIA) with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Apply for membership in our Alliance

When you or your company apply for a membership, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent membership applications.

Our Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance (SDIA) securely stores your data at:

  • HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management System), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees
  • Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Forms, and others), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees
  • Integromat (your data may flow through this system as part of our process automation), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees
  • HubSpot (only when you sign up for our newsletter or become a member), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees
  • Slack (only if you apply for a membership or send us a contact form request), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees
  • Google Analytics (if you sign up for our newsletter or apply as a member, we may track identifiable information), secured by two-factor authentication and only accessible to authorized employees

Our Alliance will store your member information as long as you are a member of the Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance e.V.
If you have signed up for our newsletter we will store your information until you opt-out/unsubscribe from our newsletter.
When you apply for a membership that is not accepted, we will delete your data within 1 week.
When you sent us a contact request, we will store your personal information for up to 1 year in our Customer Relationship Management and Tracking systems for analysis.

When your information is deleted with the permanent deletion functions of the applications mentioned above.
